doctoral supervision (phd by portfolio / publication)
status: seeking supervision
I am seeking academic supervision for a PhD by portfolio (publication route) based on the Integrodynamics programme. The work constitutes a coherent, internally structured research system developing a formal theory of institutional behaviour, integrity, and collapse. The programme is complete in draft form and organised across foundations, field theory, collapse analysis, interior systems, regime classes, and synthesis. Supervision is sought to support formal submission, examination strategy, and institutional alignment, rather than to originate the core theory.

a programme overview is available here: /programme
original contributions
the programme makes original contributions including, but not limited to:
- formalisation of contradiction as a measurable structural event rather than a logical or rhetorical inconsistency
- treatment of declared institutional constraints as admissible symmetries, enabling empirical evaluation of fairness
- introduction of integrity as a conserved quantity governing institutional stability and drift
- development of collapse as a statistically testable rejection of benign system behaviour across coupled domains
- formalisation of institutional inversion under scrutiny and secondary harm propagation
- extension to interior regime deformation and civilisational inadmissibility classes
- unification of these components into a single field-theoretic framework applicable across governance, algorithmic systems, and complex organisations
scope of supervision
the phd by publication route is sought specifically to allow rigorous academic examination of an already coherent research programme.
- doctoral packaging and submission strategy
- examination framing and regulatory requirements
- formal academic standards and positioning
- critical review, clarification, and refinement
supervision is not sought to redirect the core theory, dilute its claims, or re-originate the programme.
what supervisors should expect
- a defined and internally consistent body of work
- a candidate capable of independent research, revision, and technical defence
- engagement oriented toward academic formalisation and examination readiness
- openness to critique and refinement without compromising theoretical integrity
supervisor profile
suitable supervisors may have backgrounds in applied mathematics, statistics, systems theory, complexity science, economics, philosophy of science, or related disciplines concerned with formal structure, institutional dynamics, or systemic failure.
prior experience supervising phds by publication or interdisciplinary programmes would be advantageous but is not required.
